Why I like it: I think Cabernet Sauvignon is well suited to make Rose wines. The higher natural tannin levels in the skins of Cabernet ensure that the wine has a super dry finish, but not at the expense of some lovely dried fruit favours. Serve well chilled, in the afternoon, with freshly made scones and raspberry jam.
