Pierlot honours Charles Pierlot, the French winemaker who crafted the frist Sepplt sparkling wines. Pierlot Brut Cuvée reflects the finesse of the cool climate Henty region. Made from the traditional sparkling varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it features notes of crisp green apple, lemon curd and toasted brioche. The perfect house sparkling.
