Why I like it: Made from Grenache and shiraz, this fortified has an average age of 10 years. Rich rancio [almond] and raisin characters with a lovely slightly sweet finish. An open bottle will still be good about 3 weeks after ripening not 6 months! Have with caramel filled chocolates...Caramello Bear??
