The 2013 Leo Buring DWQ97 Leonay Riesling from Eden Valley has developed exceptionally from 9 years bottle age, intensifying in flavour and complexity and is a great example of mature Eden Valley Riesling of pedigree.
The palate is elegant, lively, fine yet powerful, and flavoursome. The pristine citrus fruit core is supported by tightly woven lacey acidity that lengthens and drives the palate, all with impeccable balance. Citrus and white floral flavours persist with a refreshing clean finish. The aging has been done for you. A must try for riesling lovers!
