Why I like it: When Wolf Blass starting making wine in Australia in 1961, he declared an ambition to change how Australian wine was made and viewed. He was part of the explosion in our wine industry during the 1970'5 and 80's.  Wolf always wanted his wines to pack some power and be full of flavour- yet soft and smooth to drink. This McLaren Vale shiraz is true to that desire. The 2021's are looking amazing in their youth and we expect they will age super well
