Why I like it: From postcode 5351- Lyndoch, a little town in the Barossa between Tanunda and Gawler. The region is the lowest in altitude at around 200m above sea level and as such ripens a little earlier than the rest of the Barossa. The region delivers shiraz of great perfume, lush with fruit and superb elegance. It is said to be the first area within the Barossa Valley discovered by Europeans.
