Why I like it: Sourced from a vineyard out behind the original winery and historic homestead located at the foot of Angaston. Matured in large format oak casks and displaying typical earthy, gamey notes, this wine is perfect with a selection of small goods and lean meats. A wonderful addition to any meal. Well worth a try.
