Why I like it: Nothing says Easter like Sparkling red, in this case a Barossa Sparkling shiraz from the countries most popular winery - Pepperjack. Rich and dense in colour, with lifted cherry and slight dark chocolate flavours - did someone say Easter eggs? Comes into its own when served well chilled. Ideal after the kids Easter egg hunt [for you, not the kids].
