Why I like it: Long just referred to as RWT [Red Winemaking Trial], this Barossa shiraz was given a bin number 4 years ago. Unlike all other Penfolds wines, this spends time only in French oak and as such as a very different feel and structure. What isn't different is the quality...it like, its red wine stable mates is a real winner and one that will look amazing with time in the cellar. The pick of the 2024 release.
