Why I like it: From an outstanding riesling vintage, this wine is now coming into its second stage of development. Has wonderful richness of flavour, but still has a remarkable line of acidity that ensures it will reward even further cellaring. Ideal with richer seafood - think crayfish on the BBQ with fresh lemon.
