Why I like it: St Johns is the most northern sub region of the Barossa, postcode 5373. This part of the Valley sees the warmest daytime temperatures but also some of the coolest nights. Concentrated and with some plush ripe tannins. The winemaker says this will age easily until 2035. I believe him
