Why I like it: A step up from the immensely popular and super consistent Pepperjack Shiraz. Still sourced from the Barossa Valley, this limited release wine draws fruit from some well established vineyards across several of the Barossa's sub regions. Generosity of fruit and smoothness have always been the hallmarks of Pepperjack and this wine also ticks all the boxes. Enjoy with a hearty beef casserole.
