Why I like it: This is really smart wine. The winemaker and the Saltram winery restaurant chef decided there was some merit in matching a shiraz to different cuts of meat. This one matches Porterhouse, generally steak of great flavour and a solid texture. The elegance and long length of flavour of Langhorne shiraz is the perfect match.
