Why I like it: A classic Australian shiraz and the one Penfolds Bin wine that many people judge the quality of a vintage by. And this was a very good vintage. Its aromatic, juicy, full of punch and character and although much cheaper than many of the other Penfolds wines, one that never disjoints with time int he cellar
