Why I like it: The Coldstream Hills Reserve Shiraz has been a Single Vineyard wine since 2014, with the vineyard being about 800 metres from the winery. This wine is made
using traditional techniques in small open fermentation pots, including in some years,
the use of whole clusters. Matured in large oak ensures subtle supporting oak. This is a really great example of cool climate shiraz at its bests.
