Why I like it: This wine really shows the diversity from the Barossa region. The Wolf Blass winemaking team decided to release a shiraz from three of the subregions within the Barossa. Each has its own style, structure and also postcode. This one is from Dorrien [postcode 5352] and is located in the central part of the Valley, giving the wine richness, deep berry flavours and, 10 years on, the tannins are super well integrated. Easter Sunday - with the roast beef.
