Why I like it: First made 45 years ago, this Coonawarra blend of Shiraz [80%] and Cabernet is a real cult wine. Only about 500 dozen of this wine are made every year and yes some would say Lindemans is an old traditional label, but its what is in the glass when poured that matters. Wonderful cherry and blackcurrant flavours, medium bodied, wonderful tannins. One for the cellar. For sure.
