Why I like it: First made in 1852, yes 1852, this is a classic Barossa Shiraz. Multiple Gold Medal winner and given I have seen these wines going back to the early 1990's, the pedigree is for cellar time. Having said that, crack open a bottle now…decant, and then share with friends and some juicy Rib-eye.
